1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (fresh sweets & desserts), we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

2. Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

    • You received the wrong product.

    • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

    • Your order could not be fulfilled by us.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 

3. Replacements

  • In many cases, instead of a refund, we may provide a replacement order of the same item or an item of equal value.

  • Replacement eligibility requires you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide proof (photo/video).

 

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the preparation has not yet begun.

  • Once sweets are prepared/shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or bulk orders for events, weddings, or festivals are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
