1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fresh sweets & desserts), we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Your order could not be fulfilled by us.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Replacements

In many cases, instead of a refund, we may provide a replacement order of the same item or an item of equal value.

Replacement eligibility requires you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide proof (photo/video).
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the preparation has not yet begun.

Once sweets are prepared/shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or bulk orders for events, weddings, or festivals are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
